Our next round of applications will be in October 2020, when we expect to accept 2-3 new Fellows.
Applications are invited from:
- Nepali residents
- Candidates with a demonstrated passion for the environment, and a commitment to a career in the conservation sector in Nepal
- Candidates with a specific interest in the applied social dimensions of conservation (e.g., environmental policy, behaviour change, resource management, conservation conflicts, trade dynamics). The Fellowship is not appropriate for researchers with a primary interest in ecology
- Most (but not all) Fellows will already hold a Masters degree and/or relevant professional experience
- Candidates from groups under-represented in conservation are especially encouraged to apply, including women, ethnic minority and LGBTQ+ candidates
